This was painted at the Society of Illustrators on the last Third Thursday of 2007. Third Thursday Jazz Sketch are rowdier, with three models instead of two, costumes and masks, buffet-style dinner, and as usual, a live band. Since it was nearing the end of December the costumes took on a Christmas theme. This was one of the last poses of the night. At this point the models tire of the costumes and revert to their "natural", and more comfortable, attire.
