So I kind of dipped my toe in the water with that whole experimentation I promised at the end of last year. I started mixing some of my colors with white gouache to get the pastel blue highlights in this piece. It's not a big deal, but it helps turn the form and add a little depth. I hope to play around with this effect some more and maybe even get more adventurous with it.
