Last night was the first night of SoI Jazz & Sketch of the Fall Season. As I predicted yesterday, I was beyond rusty. I also forgot my brushes and pencils and pens. I packed the paper and the watercolors but forgot the tools needed to apply them. I borrowed a brush from my friend Jacqui Morgan, and some really beat-up ones from buddy and fellow set-up crew member, David Hollenbach, but the night was pretty much lost. So today I post an older drawing, from late 2005.
