This painting is from a session at the Spring Street Studio in December 2005. They have 3-hour sessions every day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. It was the only time I made it out there. The Society of Illustrators closed for winter break and I needed my life drawing fix. Although lots of people head out to Spring Street because of their flexible schedules, it is a completely different atmosphere from SoI; something I was not completely comfortable with.
